By accessing and using the consultations services offered by Astro Kamna, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. In-Depth Horoscope Analysis :

You will receive a comprehensive analysis of your natal chart based on the type of consultation selected. The interpretation will be grounded in classical astrological principles and tailored to your unique birth details.

2. Query Resolution: The main aim is to get to the solution of the issue you are facing hence, in the interest of time submit your detailed queries in advance.

3. Flexible Consultation Duration: The duration of the consultation will vary depending on the chosen service (e.g., General Consultation, Career Guidance, Relationship Analysis, etc.).

4. Real-Time Two-Way Communication: All consultations are conducted via audio call, ensuring real-time interaction and immediate resolution of your queries. Note: Kindly ensure all your queries are discussed during the session. Any additional follow-up questions after the consultation will require a separate, newly booked appointment. Inappropriate conduct during the call will result in immediate disconnection and legal consequences and no refund will be issued.

5. Session Recording : No recordings are provided. Participants are advised to take notes during the session.

6. Remedies Included : Practical and spiritual remedies (such as mantras, yantras, gemstone suggestions, and rituals) will be recommended based on your chart analysis during the session.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality : We respect the privacy of the session and keep your information confidential.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy : Cancellations are not encouraged. If a cancellation becomes necessary, 50% will be deducted from the total consultation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refund is applicable after the consultation has been delivered or if you fail to attend the scheduled session or show inappropriate behaviour.

9. Rescheduling : If a client requests to reschedule the consultation, an additional fee of ₹1500 will be applicable.
